1) Took up "Separating Solutions and Mechanical Mixtures Crossword" (page 38) and Page 234 # 2-4, 6, 8 (page 39)
2) Handed out "Stages in Maple Syrup Production" (page 40) and "Flow Chart of Sugar Processing" (page 42)
3) Put the students in small groups and assigned "Maple Syrup Production" (page 41) and "Sugar Processing" (page 43)
